Rules & Policies
Pay attention to raid say. Do not speak there unless you are providing instructions for the raid in some capacity. Talk in either guildchat or you can join allianceraid channel. While banter in teamspeak is allowed right before encounters TS is to be clear of chatter. Teamspeak is great for building camaraderie but during the fights it’s designed to be able to quickly relay information to those on the raid.
Buy a shrinking item. Shrinking is vital for getting 72 people into encounters safely. Warriors there is the cobalt bracer, there is a shrinking wand, shrink potions, and a tinkered minimizing device out there. If you are lucky enough to have a warrior, beastlord, or shaman in your group you are free to ask for shrinks as well.
Buy and come stocked with invis potions or a way to invis yourself.
Bots on raids are on an as needed basis and that is up to raid leadership whether they will be allowed to join. Mains always take priority over bots unless bot is there by request of raid leadership. (We will get all your characters flagged they can always be added into the raid to get their flags and then removed as needed.)
Failure to follow rules will start with a warning and may result in being removed from the raid or DKP penalties.
1) All characters earn their own dkp. It can only be transferred to another one of your characters with approval from officers.
2) You are responsible for checking and knowing your own dkp. You overspend there will be penalties up to and including dkp reductions but initially it will be a warning.
3) Any loot that drops off trash will be need before greed rolled unless legs or BP
4)Keys and quest drops will go to those furthest along first and others will get a shot at it once those nearing completion have received the piece.
5) Class Restricted Items (see below)
6)Spending DKP +1 Silent Max Bids System (You get one bid and you send in what the item is worth to you). Highest bid wins it for 1 DKP more than the next highest bidder. You will never know how many other people bid or what people bid beyond the second highest bid.
Minimum bid for all loot is 15dkp (unless it's a class restricted item then it's 30dkp) or it's considered a rot item. If an item is a rot item then the item becomes open to boxes, alts, and friends of the guild.
7) Earning DKP
a) 1DKP on time bonus
b) .5DKP per 30 minutes at raid
c) 2.5DKP for failed attempts at new mobs
d) 5DKP for first kills
e) 1DKP for each raid target that has been previously killed
f) Raids that occur on non official raid nights ( official nights are: Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday) will net a Total of 2DKP for the entire raid. These raids are meant to help guildies catch up on progression or for epic/quest help. The dkp is meant to incentivize people helping their fellow guildies.
g) At the first of any month leadership can decide to enforce a DKP decay of 20% on All members that are over 50DKP but the decay cannot lower you below 50DKP. This option will only be used if we feel there is excessive hoarding of DKP by Members. (In other words spend your dkp).
Class Restricted items:
We reserve the right to restrict the classes that can bid on any item that has a focus effect, beneficial proc, or skill modifier at any time.
