We are a casual guild, that raids. What does this mean? It means that we have no mandatory raids or events. That does not mean we don't encourage you to come and do things with us. If you want help from the guild the best chance you got at getting help from the guild is to have actively participated in the guild events, groups, etc.
Like I said we are a casual guild that raids. What does that mean. Some of us are experienced raiders playing the same class we have always played. Some of us are experienced raiders that are playing a completely new class and learning encounters in a new way. Some of us are inexperienced raiders and just learning to raid. Some of us are completely new to everquest. We welcome all comers to this guild regardless of level, class, or raid experience. This means that we will learn encounters together and will take suggestions from those that have experience on the target. We will often be taking on content with non optimal forces or changing our targets based off what classes show up for a raid on a given day. We are non mandatory and family first. We are raiders second. I will do my best to get us to being a well oiled machine and we have many officers that are dedicated to improving the raiding experience but we are only going to be as successful at this as you the membership allows us to be.
If you want to be in a guild that just plows through content we aren't the guild for you. If you want a laid back atmosphere that also gets together and downs content 2-4 nights a week then we are the right place for you. Remember we are all still learning how to manage a mix of people that are used to more serious raiding and a group of people that are pretty laid back or never raided before. We will get more efficient. We will get down harder content. We will see all the content on this server that is why we chose to play on a progression server. We aren't looking to jump to the end game content and skip killing dragons in kunark and velious etc.
